John Phillips

John (JP) Phillips leads the design department at POOLHOUSE with bold, visual storytelling. A SCAD graduate, he cut his teeth in the fast-paced world of newspaper production before spending several years at Push Digital in Charleston. His illustrations have appeared in Men’s Health, Outdoor Life, and AARP—and in 2016, his political design work earned a place in the Smithsonian.
