With a background in film production and video editing, she bridges the gap between the creative and project management teams by streamlining workflows, capacity planning, and supporting cross-team collaboration. She’s deeply invested in supporting the people behind the work, ensuring workloads stay sustainable and deadlines stay met. Outside of work, you’ll find her biking around Richmond with her husband, attempting a new baking recipe, or embarking on yet another crochet project.
