Megan Swiatkowski

Megan Swiatkowski is Chief of Staff at POOLHOUSE, bringing more than a decade of experience building and scaling operations, growth, and communications strategy for high-growth companies.

Before joining the team, Megan served as Senior Advisor and Head of Growth at Rational 360. Her career also includes two companies that reached successful exits — Axios, which sold to Cox Enterprises for $500M, and NLX, which was acquired by Amazon — along with roles at POLITICO and Amazon. She began her career producing the nightly news at WGAL News 8 in Lancaster, Pennsylvania.
